Well-being Through Eco-Art and Nature

The SEEDS project empowers pre-primary and primary school teachers with an innovative psychoeducational program blending eco-psychology and environmental art. By engaging educators and students in hands-on, nature-based activities, SEEDS promotes well-being, strengthens connections with nature, and fosters respect for the environment.

Through teacher training, creative workshops, and accessible educational resources, the project addresses climate change, mental health, and disconnection from nature, creating a sustainable impact across schools and communities in Cyprus and Spain.
